Orders & Customization

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the notification.

Can I change my order after it’s placed?

Since we start production quickly, you can only request changes (such as size, color, or shipping address) within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the item has already entered the printing phase and cannot be modified.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately at cs@fomego.co within 12 hours. If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to change the destination, and Fomego is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to get my order?

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (to print and pack your custom item).

  • Shipping Time (US): 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping Time (International): 10–20 business days. Total delivery time typically ranges from 1 to 2 weeks for US orders.

What are the shipping costs?

  • United States: Flat rate of $6.99.

  • International: Flat rate of $16.99.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country's regulations, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Because our products are made-to-order specifically for you, we only accept returns or replacements for:

  1. Manufacturing defects (holes, tears, etc.).

  2. Wrong item or size sent by our error.

  3. Items damaged during transit. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Can I exchange an item if it doesn’t fit?

As each item is custom-printed upon request, we do not keep inventory for exchanges. Please refer carefully to the size charts provided on each product page before ordering. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection by the customer.

How do I start a return claim?

Please email cs@fomego.co with your order number and clear photos showing the issue (defect, wrong size tag, or damage). Our team will review it within 2 business days.

Product Care

How should I wash my custom apparel?

To keep your prints looking fresh:

  • Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent.

  • Tumble dry low or hang-dry for the longest life.

  • Do not iron directly on the printed design.
