Refund policy
Since each item is uniquely printed or manufactured specifically for you, we only accept returns or replacements in cases where the error was made by our side.
1. Conditions for Returns & Replacements
We will offer a replacement or a refund if your order meets any of the following criteria:

Manufacturing Defect: The product has a hole, a tear, or a hardware defect (for pins).

Wrong Item Sent: You received a different product or design than what you ordered.

Sizing Error: The size of the garment received is different from the size you selected in your order confirmation.

Damaged in Transit: The item arrived damaged due to shipping.
2. Return Window
You must contact us within 14 days from the date your package was delivered (as marked by the carrier) to be eligible for a return or refund. After this 14-day period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a resolution.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Customer Error: Incorrect size selection, choosing the wrong color, or typos in the custom text/design provided by the customer.

Change of Mind: Decisions made after the product has entered production or after delivery.

Worn or Washed Items: Products must be in their original, unused condition to be eligible for a claim.
4. How to Submit a Claim
To start a claim, please follow these steps:

Send an email to cs@fomego.co with the subject: "Return Claim - [Your Order Number]".

Include a clear description of the issue.

Attach high-quality photos showing the defect, the wrong size tag, or the damaged area alongside your shipping label.

Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
5. Refund Process
If your claim is approved:

Replacements: We will ship a new item to you at no extra cost (standard shipping).

Refunds: If you prefer a refund, it will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days (depending on your bank).
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
In cases where a return of the physical item is required due to our error, Fomego will cover the return shipping costs. Please do not send items back to our address without prior authorization from our support team.
7. Order cancellation
We begin our custom production process shortly after an order is placed to ensure the fastest delivery possible. As each item is made-to-order, cancellations are subject to the following rules:

12-Hour Grace Period: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund.

After 12 Hours: Once the 12-hour window has passed, your order enters the production phase. At this stage, we cannot cancel or modify the order, as the materials have already been custom-printed specifically for you.

How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please email cs@fomego.co immediately with the subject line: "Cancellation Request - [Your Order Number]".

Refund Processing: Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
